Parenting courses

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual—but we’re here to help you feel more confident, connected, and supported. At Spelthorne Family Centres, we offer a variety of parenting courses and practical resources to support you at every stage of your child’s journey. Whether you're navigating toddler tantrums, school transitions or teenage emotions, our friendly, evidence-based programmes offer useful tools, tips and space to share experiences with other parents.

Parenting Puzzle Children are rewarding, stimulating and fun, but looking after them can be stressful and challenging. This Nurturing Programme helps deal with those challenges so that everyone can have a calmer, happier life.

We deliver a 4-week and a 10-week Parenting Puzzle course.
