At Spelthorne Family Centres, we offer guidance and activities that promote physical, emotional, and mental health for parents, carers, and children alike. From support with sleep, nutrition, and behaviour to building confidence and reducing stress, we’re here to help you create a healthy, balanced environment where everyone can flourish.

  • Child Health Clinic at Stanwell Family Centre - by appointment only

Come to this clinic to weigh your baby and to discuss any questions you may have with a health visitor or community nursery nurse.
Clinic runs on Wednesdays 9.30-11.30am.

  • The Breastfeeding Cafe at Clarendon Family Centre

The Breastfeeding Cafe is a friendly, relaxed infant-feeding support session for expectant and new parents.

Mondays 1pm-2.30pm at Clarendon Family Centre

  • Parenting

We offer advice and support along with courses which aim to build on parenting skills, such as Parenting Puzzle and 1-2-3- Magic.

  • Healthy Start Vitamins

Healthy Start vitamins are available for purchase at reception at our Clarendon and Stanwell centres. We accept cash, card and exemption card as forms of payment.
